The buyer has the right to cancel their order for communication products, without payment of a fine, within fourteen calendar days from the day following the delivery of the good. The right of withdrawal applies only to our physical stock items, not to downloaded products and not to items that have been personalized or assembled at the request of the buyer. For larger orders or orders outside Belgium, we contact the customer to arrange the delivery and the order appropriately. We always e-mail the shipping costs first. You are free to decide. You have the right to cancel your order at no cost.
You can cancel a training/coaching appointment, it is free of charge up to fourteen days in advance:
If you are unable to participate right before the training appointment starts, you may send a replacement for the entire training. This is not possible, however, for coaching appointments.
