An interactive and practical training that lays the foundation for a sustainable improvement in the atmosphere within teams.
| Target Group
A team training around psychological safety is for teams that want to grow or recharge in trust and open communication.
| Approach
The training course counts on the participants' input: questions, examples, and cases. There is much interaction and variation. We will not be watching a slideshow the whole time: we will be switching between sitting, walking, talking, writing, laughing, learning, and remembering.
| Contents
Team members learn how to contribute to creating a culture in which team members feel safe to speak openly, admit mistakes, and give constructive feedback.
- Knowledge and science about psychological safety.
- The current and desired situations of team dynamics.
- Analyse personal values, examine beliefs, and align with psychological safety.
- Consciously navigate noble outcomes together with openness, emotion regulation, and communication.
In short, you learn the positive effects of psychological safety in the short, medium, and long term. The entire team goes home with an action plan.
