Leadership skills

| Description 

You can learn how to manage a team. On the one hand, you will improve your knowledge on leadership skills; on the other hand, you will discover how to communicate more convincingly and motivate your team.

| Target Group 

This training course is for you if you are responsible for a number of people or if you are taking on team responsibility in the near future.

| Approach 

The training course counts on the input of the participants: questions, examples and cases. There is much interaction and variation. We will not be watching a slideshow the whole time: we will be switching between sitting, walking, talking, writing, laughing, learning and remembering. 

| Contents 

You will learn leadership techniques. You will discover tips and tricks to master difficult situations and relations, such as:

• change
• decisions
• delegating
• respect
• instructions
• mistakes
• feedback

You will learn how to motivate and stimulate people.
