| Description 

You can learn how to solve problems. You would like to analyse situations easier? You want to make firm decisions? You want to tackle things and better deal with problems, challenges and unexpected circumstances? Find solutions to reach a desired outcome?

| Target Group 

Problem-solving is for you if you are confronted with technical or organisational situations you would like to change. It is a useful skill for team leaders, project leaders, managers, executives, think tanks.

| Approach 

The training course counts on the input of the participants: questions, examples and cases. There is much interaction and variation. We will not be watching a slideshow the whole time: we will be switching between sitting, walking, talking, writing, laughing, learning and remembering.

You will receive an outcome model that contains the learning points of the entire training.
