Professional telephoning in German

| Description 

You can learn how to telephone professionally. You discover how you can learn typical phrases for German telephone conversations. You will also receive some relevant language and culture tips. This training seminar takes place in German.

| Target Group 

Professional telephoning in German is for you if you need to telephone with German speaking contacts.

| Approach 

The training course counts on the input of the participants: questions, examples and cases. We do exercises in a duo or with the whole group to test the effectiveness of our telephone calls. There is much interaction and variation. We will not be watching a slideshow the whole time: we will be switching between sitting, walking, talking, writing, laughing, learning and remembering. 

During the training course, we practise with telephoning and recording devices to determine your own style and progress. It is not obligatory.

You discover all kinds of situations on the phone:

• typical sentences
  
• language tips
• culture tips

By the end of the training you will have memorized at least ten new important sentences in German.

Two residential days in our seminar place in the Belgian Eifel.
